Refund & Cancellation Policy
Contact unlocks and credits
People looking for a property see an owner's phone number by unlocking the listing. Each service gives you a number of free unlocks, shown in the app. After those, you can pay for a single unlock or buy a contact pack.
- Credits from a contact pack can be used in the service where you bought them, and expire 90 days after purchase. Unused credits expire with the pack.
- An unlocked number stays visible to you for 30 days, in every service. After that it is hidden again, and unlocking it again uses another free unlock or credit. Contacts unlocked in Properties or Commercial before 6 October 2026 stay visible until 5 November 2026.
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay. We may change prices; a change never affects credits you have already bought.
- What you buy is access to the phone number the owner listed — not a guarantee about the property, the owner, or that the property is still available.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway, and by paying you also agree to its terms. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
No refunds and cancellations
All payments on NYRME — single contact unlocks, contact packs and identity-verification fees — are final. We do not offer refunds, and a purchase cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. In particular:
- Unused or expired credits are not refunded, including when you delete your account.
- An unlock is not refunded if the listing turns out to be unavailable, the number cannot be reached, or you and the owner do not reach an agreement.
- If an identity check fails, the fee you paid stays available for your next attempt — you are not charged again when you retry.
Payment errors are handled separately: if money left your account but you did not receive what you paid for (for example a failed or duplicate payment), write to us with the payment reference. We will either give you what you paid for or return the charge to your original payment method, usually within 7 working days.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
